Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday

We ship most orders with Royal Mail and DPD Express, with most deliveries arriving within 24 hours after dispatch.

For international orders, delivery can take 3-20 days.

You will receive a dispatch email with tracking info once the order has been dispatched, so that you can keep up to date with its progress.

We use DPD and Royal Mail as our couriers. Large orders are sent with DPD Next Day. Smaller items are posted via Royal Mail 24. All orders will have tracking, which will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched. 

We have the utmost respect for your privacy. All orders are sent with plain discreet packaging.

We ship globally but free shipping for orders worth £35+ is only applicable to mainland UK. Shipping costs will vary depending on location.

We do our best to package your items as securely as possible, but sometimes accidents happen during transit.

Please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged product and we will replace it right away.
