Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, so you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
For customers in the EU, you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. This means you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. For goods, the 14-day period starts from the day you, or someone you nominate, receives the goods. If your order is delivered in separate shipments, the 14-day period starts from the day the last item is delivered. If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
Orders can be cancelled before they are fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may be able to request a return or exercise your right of withdrawal where applicable.

Customers are required to pay associated return shipping fees unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or we are legally required to cover the cost. Customers are responsible for ensuring the goods arrive safely. Returns must pass inspection before the refund is accepted and processed. An email will be sent to notify you of this process.
